Our Junior and Seniors Infants are working on their fine motor skills during activity time. Completing lots of different activities: 🔹️Play Dough Time 🔹️Scooper Time 🔹️Being Creative with Buttons and Matchsticks 🔹️Halloween Step by Step Drawing 🔹️Construction Time We spied some wicked witches!🧙‍♀️ Well done everyone!

Columbus Day

Junior and Senior Infants celebrated Columbus Day last week. They learned all about Christopher Columbus, making timelines and maps. They read the greatest explorer book on Friday. Well done to ‘Our Little Explorers’!!

Planting Bulbs

Lots of ‘green fingers’ in our Junior and Senior Infant class! They were very busying planting bulbs in preparation for the spring time! 🌷🌻🌼 They also tried our new sound wall! 🎶🎶🎶

Autumn

An Autumn Hub in our Junior and Senior Infant Room! Beautiful Autumn Wreaths, Autumn Sensory Poems and even some clay hedgehogs! 🍂🍁🦔

Hedgehog Hotel

Mrs Ahern & Mrs Barta’s Junior & Senior Infants had a busy afternoon making a ‘Hedgehog Hotel’. They made a cardboard box waterproof and covered it with sticks, straw & leaves. We’ve no doubt that a local Kilmurry Hedgehog will be very happy with his new hibernation home! 🦔
