Thank you for taking the time to visit our website and I hope that you will get a taste of what life is like here in Kilmurry National School.
We are very lucky to have a wonderful school which is consistently growing. We have a dedicated staff who create a vibrant, safe learning environment for our pupils. Our co educational Catholic national school is located in the beautiful Lee Valley. We have six mainstream classes and three special classes for autism.
In our school, it is our mission to develop the intellectual, physical, cultural, moral, emotional and spiritual wellbeing of all our pupils. We believe that a broad balanced educational experience within a caring environment promotes positive attitudes towards learning. This enables each of our pupils to recognise their talents and achieve their full potential.
As principal, it is an honour to work in such a positive environment. I am extremely grateful for the hard work and goodwill of our pupils, teachers, SNA’s, secretary, caretaker, parents, as well our Parents Association, Board of Management and the wider community of Kilmurry who make our school the warm and welcoming school that it is today.
