Welcome from our Principal

Thank you for taking the time to visit our website and I hope that you will get a taste of what life is like here in Kilmurry National School.

We are very lucky to have a wonderful school which is consistently growing.  We have a dedicated staff who create a vibrant, safe learning environment for our pupils.  Our co educational Catholic national school is located in the beautiful Lee Valley.  We have six mainstream classes and three special classes for autism.

Facilities

We have a range of facilities in Kilmurry N.S. - a beautiful astro-turf playground, a basketball pitch, sensory garden, iPads, an IWB in every classroom and much more. We strive to provide facilities to meet the needs of all our pupils.

Education

We have a holistic approach to education in our school. We encourage each pupil to achieve to the best of their ability, not just in academics - in sports, art, music, STEM, IT etc.. Overall well-being and social skill development are intrinsically linked to our ethos.

Activities

Our pupils have opportunities to take part in a variety of activities, from Sciath na Scol to VEX Robotics and chess to cycle sense. We are always adding to our list.
